As to s*x the way I know it can help the young guys /girls is to let them know the responsibility ahead of them

birth control is way that will keep in our eviroment

it will increase the rate of indecency in the society.

Allowing teenagers to have access to condoms and likes may seem to curb giving birth at early age but it will also prompt them to live a reckless life by jumping from one guy/lady to another. Total abstinence to me is the only solution

Advising them to stay out of s*x is better. Encouragement with the word of God and letting them know GOD is against s*xual immorality is the best.

hmmmm......well s*x education should be given to them so they know the risks that at their age abstinence is best....until they are old enough to cater for responsibility that comes with it...like being mentally,physically and emotionally prepared to become a mum etc.

What Teenagers need is the fear of God in other to be fulfilled in life. Chastity is very good till marriage.

Abstinence is the best. Let it be in the office of the guidian/counscelor with the inscription "free condom' and every student should be invited there one after the other. Any that picks it should be counscelled on the dangers and responsibilities of having s*x

yes because it will help control early child birth. and no because it looks weird to see a teenager go to a shop to buy something and says give me condom if it's me I won't sell because I feel am committing a terrible sin not correcting or preventing the child from committing fornication.
