The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, has summoned an emergency National Executive Council, NEC, over the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Walter Onnoghen by President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was contained in a letter dated 25th January, 2019, and made available to reporters in Abuja by Jonathan Gunu Taidi, Esq, General Secretary, NBA.
It reads:
