Atiku and Peter Obi, Birds Of The Same Feather In Corruption!
Last week Sunday at precisely 11pm in the night, Chief Peter Obi visited Orange Estate in Maitama in Abuja, the residence of one of the big wigs in All Progressive Congress APC to seek for his assistance. The reason for the visit is the probe by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission who are neck deep into the reckless stealing of public funds by Peter Obi when he was the executive governor of Anambra State.
It would be recalled that Peter Obi is under the radar of EFCC for his financial roles as governor some years ago. Some of the cases the Economic and Financial Crime Commission are investigating include
1. The monthly stealing of 250 Million Naira in cash from the security vote of the state. In one occasion, Valentine Obienyem who is the Personal Assistant to Chief Peter Obi was caught red handed in Lagos in the premises of NEXT International, a property owned by Peter Obi with 250 Million Naira in cash.
2. The systematic stealing of Anambra monies using charity organisations. It was confirmed that most of the donations made by Peter Obi to agencies and schools around the nation during his reign as governor were conduit pipes for stealing Anambra money. It was confirmed that just 10 to 20% of such donations usually made in cash by Peter Obi gets to the agencies and schools. The rest though fully deducted from the state treasury finds it's way into Peter Obi's abysmal pocket.
The Halliburton scam which Atiku is the mastermind concerned the alleged payment of over 180 million United States Dollars to senior officials, including past Nigerian heads of states, by officials of an American firm, Halliburton, to secure a construction contract for a liquefied natural gas plant in Bonny Island in the Niger Delta. The CEO of the company was jailed in America and that has been the reason Atiku cannot travel to America until date because he know he will be jailed on setting his foot on American soil.
Like Atiku, like Peter series will continue so that Nigerians will be fully sensitised to know the enemies of this great nation. A vote for Atiku and Peter Obi's PDP is a vote to encourage stealing, corruption and bastardization of the economy.
