The Blues have decided how much Los Blancos would have to pay to land the Belgian ace.

With only 18 months remaining on Eden Hazard's contract, much speculation surrounds the future of the Belgian star.

While the Blues prefer to keep hold of their attacker, the club has decided on a price tag should he decide to leave next summer.

This is according to a report by the Telegraph which unsurprisingly names Real Madrid as his preferred destination.

Should Hazard choose to leave Stamford Bridge, the player would not be allowed to do so for anything less than £100M, which translates roughly into $129M.

While Sarri's side wants the former Lille sensation to stay put and commit to the London outfit, the player is yet to put pen to paper on an extension.

Eden has publicly flirted with both the idea of staying at Chelsea and moving to the Bernabeu and his employers are now eager to resolve the issue of his future.

Los Blancos has been interested in 28-year-old for a while now. The links even preceded the departure of Cristiano, as Zidane was a huge admirer of the Belgian ace. Ronaldo's exit has highlighted the need for a new Galactico and Hazard is one of the men on Perez's radar.

While Chelsea's asking price can be considered a bargain when compared to what Tottenham is demanding for Kane and Eriksen, the report says the Spanish giant might struggle to meet that fee. However, the Champions League holder plans on using Matteo Kovacic as leverage.

The Croatian midfielder is at Stamford Bridge on loan and has done well so far in the Premier League. Having let Fabregas go, Chelsea would not want to lose Kovacic also, meaning a player-plus-cash deal for Eden could be arranged.
