Premier League giants, Manchester United have posted a powerful message to celebrate the birthday of Juventus star, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Manchester United shared the message on their Twitter handle @ManUtd, as Ronaldo turned 34 on Tuesday.

Ronaldo, a former Manchester United player, spent six years at Old Trafford.

The Portuguese international won three Premier League titles, the Champions League and the Ballon dâ€™Or before moving to Real Madrid in 2009 during former Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Fergusonâ€™s reign.

United wrote, â€œBest wishes to former #MUFC star @Cristiano on his birthday!

â€œHave a great day!,â€ Manchester United twitted alongside a picture of Ronaldo wearing the Red Devilsâ€™ shirt.â€

Meanwhile, Serie A champions, Juventus also took to their official Twitter page, @juventusfcen, to celebrate Ronaldo.

â€œHappy 34th birthday today to the one and only, @Cristiano!,â€ Juventus twitted alongside a picture of Ronaldo wearing the Old Ladyâ€™s shirt.
