How do you want God to feel, with the way you are living. His he pleased with your life? Are you earthly recognized without heavenly recognition. Are you living to to please God or you are living to please the devil- John 8 vs 42-47- Are you obeying God's command or obeying the devil's command. 1John 3 vs 7-10. Are you free- John 8 vs 31-32 or you have stock yourself into the bondage of slavery- John 8 vs 34. Romans 8 vs 5-8.
Do not allow the death of Christ over you be in vain. The Bible says- You see,at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for our ungodly. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us- Romans 5 vs 6,8. What are the sins in your life that you are covering in other to cover it daily, you keep on sinning daily just not to expose it to God, covering sin by sinning(Lying) wont help you to go far, its only takes you far from God.
James 5 vs 16- Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed...., Proverbs 28 vs 13-He who conceals his sins does not prosper..... Isaiah 59 vs 1-8.
Look at the life of those who covered their sins and thought no one saw them, see what happened to them
1. David- 2Samuel 11 vs 2-4, 14-17 and 2Samuel 12 vs 11-18. It came to pass- 2Samuel 16 vs 21-22. David took another's man wife which cost him the life of his son and brought disgrace to him later on has God spoke concerning him
2.Ahab and Jezebel- 1Kings 21 vs 1- 29(1Kings 22 vs 36-38- Ahab's death) (2Kings 9 vs 30-37- Jezebel's death)
3. Gehazi- 2Kings 5 vs 19-27.
4. Ananias and Sapphira- Acts 5 vs 1-11( They lost their lives the same day)
5. Judas- Matthew 26 vs 14-16. He got himself hang because of his guilt- Matthew 27vs 1-10.
There are so many people like that who thought they are covering their sins but has forgotten God sees them. Confess your sins so you can find mercy- Proverbs 28 vs 13. Covering it only bring disaster has you have seen it above in the life of those people. Stop been in bondage of the devil, dont let him put the Spirit of fear in you. Confess your sins and give your life to Christ- Romans 10 vs 9-10
Read your Bible daily to know him the more- Joshua 1 vs 8.
