A bricklayer and a herbalist have been arrested by the Ogun state police command for stealing human parts.

The bricklayer Kunle Adewunmi, and two of his accomplices were nabbed while attempting to steal human parts from a Methodist Church cemetery in Ogbe community in Abeokuta, the state capital.

Adewunmi and his accomplices according to reports,Â after a female member of the Odua Peopleâ€™s Congress (OPC), caught the men digging the grave and raised an alarm.

A church member who spoke with newsmen said the bricklayer is a member of their church who the church asks to plaster tombs inside the cemetery.

The suspect has since confessed to the crime saying he sells the parts to a trader at the Itoku market in the state.

They have all been charged to court.
