Manchester United are set to double Marcus Rashfordâ€™s wages, the UK Mirror reports.

The England international has six goals and three assists in his last nine games and United are keen to reward his form with a bumper new contract.

It would see the 21-year-old double his Â£75,000-per-week deal, which has only 18 months left to run, to Â£150,000.

Although the club have the option to extend it by an extra year, they want to tie him down long-term.

A new contract will also ward off interest from the continent, with Real Madrid in particular coveting the young forward.
