The heat during summer has made us fond of using Air conditioners (ACs) from our cars, office, and even every single room in our house. When temperature rises to about 45 degree, AC becomes more important to us. But staying under an AC for a long period of time always has negative side effects on us.

Below are some of the side effects of Air conditioners (ACs):

Dry skin
People who sit in AC indoor for long period of time can experience itchy and dry skin. Excessive exposure of the body to AC along side with sun can cause itchy and dry skin, your skin may return to normal during the few hours of staying outside, but the dryness of the skin may stay longer than before.

Respiratory problems
