Worry is no thing God doesn't want us to be involved in.The truth is there are more than enough reasons to be worried.Unpaid bills, a major setback,loss of property, illness,lack of money,economic downturn,family pressure,expectations etc the list is freaking endless.But we can find comfort in the above scripture. Let not your heart be troubled.Worrying doesn't solve anything. Rather it cripples your imaginations and magnifies the problems more than the solution.
When you are in a situation, first of all pray and don't panick.Second assess the situation. Ask yourself can you do anything to change it?If yes then think about the solution. If you can't do it by yourself get help.If it is beyond your control then leave it and move on to something else.Let not your heart be troubled. A lot of people have resulted to taking their lives because of troubled hearts.Receive peace in Jesus name.He cares for you.
