Thierry Henry Suspended As Monaco Manager by Preshemeka600: 12:10 am On 1 Jan 2019

Monaco have suspended Thierry Henry of his duties as manager, while the club make a decision on his future.

In a statement on the clubâ€™s website, the club wrote: â€œAS Monaco announces that it has decided to suspend Thierry Henry from his duties as coach of the first team.

â€œFranck Passi will train the professional group this Friday.â€

The former Arsenal captain is expected to be told in the next 48 hours to leave, with former boss Leonardo Jardim in line for a shock return.

Jardim was axed in October to make way for Henry.

Monaco lie one place and one point off the bottom of Ligue 1, with Henry winning only four out of 20 games he has overseen.
